Jhula Return and Exchange Policy
How do I exchange or return my item(s)?
- Please email hello@myjhula.com with your name and order number to initiate the return or exchange process.
What is the return / exchange time period?
- You can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
- Once you receive your shipping label, you must drop your product(s) to your shipping location within 7 days.
Are there any charges for a return or exchange?
- For returns and exchanges within the United States, an $8.00 fee will be applied to the transaction which is inclusive of both restocking/administrative and shipping fees.
- For returns and exchanges internationally, a $35.00 fee will be applied to the transaction which is inclusive of both restocking/administrative and shipping fees.
What items are eligible for return or exchange?
- Item(s) must be in original condition
- Clothing must be unwashed and unworn with original hang tags attached
- Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.
What items are not eligible for return or exchange?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following types of items for returns or exchanges:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Sale items noted as final sale
- Items bought by merchandise credit
- Gift cards
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Other Details Regarding Returns and Exchanges
Please note: getting the return shipment or exchange to us is your responsibility. Use the provided tracking information to ensure the item reaches us safely. If we did not receive it, please check with the carrier first before contacting us.
Returns or exchanges that are damaged, worn, washed, altered or have stains or odors will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny credit for any merchandise that does not meet our return policy.
